Job Description
REGISTERED NURSE GENERAL MEDICAL & SURGICAL
- Assessing patients health and performing physical examinations.
- Developing implementing and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Assisting surgeons during procedures and preparing patients for surgery.
Essential requirements include:
- Registration as a General Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Ability to deliver highstandard nursing care in an acute medical and surgical setting using evidencebased practice.
