Position Overview: As an CzechSpeaking Customer Advisor youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Provide onsite support to Czechspeaking customers addressing inquiries booking requests and travelrelated concerns.

Communication: Leverage your fluent Czech language skills for effective inperson communication ensuring clarity and understanding.

Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve customer concerns aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken): Demonstrate your proficiency in Czech ensuring effective communication with customers.
