THE OPPORTUNITY

This role presents a unique opportunity for experienced accountants seeking to establish themselves in a regional area of Queensland. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer forwardthinking business advice including plans and forecasts
• Analyse management reports for financial insights
• Assist in budgeting and address cash flow issues
• Provide strategies to improve financial performance
• Guide in business structure selection and registration
• Support in starting new businesses and ensure compliance
• Manage corporate compliance and legal changes
• Empower clients to run their businesses confidently

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Holds a degree and either completed or nearly completed CA/CPA qualifications
• Has at least 3 years business advisory experience in an Australian accounting firm
• Demonstrated proficiency in tax compliance tasks
• Familiarity with Xero and Xero Practice Manager is advantageous
• Exhibits precision quality and efficiency in work
• Possesses keen attention to detail and effective organizational abilities
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
