Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin Flexible Hybrid Working (3 days inoffice 2 days remote)

Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will be a key player in our operations with responsibilities that include:
Estimating: Precise forecasting of costs sizes and durations of upcoming projects.
Tendering: Development and submission of competitive bids for new projects.
Takeoffs: Calculating material quantities and costs.
Monthly Claims and Applications: Compiling and submitting monthly progress reports claims and applications for payments.
Measuring Steel: Accurate measurement and evaluation of steel requirements for projects.
Key Requirements:
Experience: About 5 years of relevant experience preferably with some exposure to steel.
Skills: Excellent analytical negotiation and IT skills are essential.
Benefits:
Salary: Offering a salary range of €50000 €85000 per annum based on experience.
Bonus: A performancebased bonus is part of the compensation package.
Professional Membership: The company will cover the cost of a relevant professional membership.
