THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is for a Senior Accountant specialising in tax and business services. An opportunity for a to become part of the foundation team in the Gold Coast area. The position is for someone passionate about delivering topnotch Tax / Business Services to highprofile corporate clients small to mediumsized businesses larger private groups individuals and SMSFs both locally and nationwide.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Business Services Advisory and Taxation requirements for a diverse client portfolio
• Address the needs of small to mediumsized businesses larger private groups individuals and SMSFs locally and nationally
• Apply strong technical skills and comprehensive Tax and Business Services experience to provide effective support
• Foster and maintain longterm client relationships contributing to the growth of the client base
• Demonstrate a positive and polite attitude in interactions
• Act as a team player collaborating efficiently with colleagues
• Manage and train staff effectively to enhance team performance
• Leverage local area knowledge for optimal service delivery

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 5 years of Tax/Business Service experience and expertise in a CA or CPA firm
• Not necessarily CA or CPA qualified; partway through CA qualification
• Positive "Cando" attitude and work ethic
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Effective time management
• Client base growth focus
• Staff management and training capability
• Preferably local with Xero experience
