Tasks

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for various digital platforms including social media blogs and email newsletters.
• Social Media Management: Support the management and growth of Paicons social media presence by creating scheduling and monitoring posts.
• SEO and SEM: Help optimize content for search engines and assist with search engine marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Email Marketing: Assist in creating and distributing email campaigns and track their performance.
• Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends insights and opportunities within the digital healthcare space.

Requirements

• Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors (4th Semester) or Masters degree program preferably in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
• Availability: Ability to work parttime (20 hours per week) with flexibility to accommodate academic commitments.
• Language: Proficiency in English; additional German language skills are a plus.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics SEO tools social media management tools and email marketing software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for design and detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Content Writing: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• SEO/SEM Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices.
