Implementation & Management:
- Design, configure, and deploy technical security solutions including firewalls, DNS security tools, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems.
- Manage and maintain these solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security posture.
- Conduct regular health checks and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security risks.
Customer Support:
- Provide post-sales technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
- Assist with customer onboarding and training on implemented security solutions.
Pre-sales & vendor management:
- Support the pre-sales team by preparing technical proposals and bids for potential clients.
- Research and evaluate different cybersecurity vendors and their solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations for clients.
