AVIOn Wing Support Technician

Essential Responsibilities: • Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects. • Inform and Focus the needs of customers, always delivering with focus. • Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives. • Act with humility and lead with transparency at all times. Qualifications / Requirements: • High School Diploma / GED • Minimum of 24 months of experience in repair of large commercial engines • Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international air locations of large commercial engines, as required • Team player with flexible approach and ability to work with diverse cultures • Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills • LEAP, CFM, and GENX experience Desired Characteristics: • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed • Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker • Approach work with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives • Knowledge of Lean and problem solving • Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology • LEAP-1A and/or LEAP-1B experience is a plus • GE training /GE CTEC training are a plus • Line maintenance, engine changes, module removal & installation, or LRU removals and installations • Borescope, Boro blend repair will be an added advantage.
