Treet Corporation: A Pakistani conglomerate with over 70 years of excellence across diverse sectors such as automotive healthcare and energy storage. Treet Battery is seeking a dynamic Manager of Manufacturing Excellence to join their team.

About the Role: The candidate will have exceptional communication and leadership skills and a solid understanding of Total Productivity Maintenance Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and Six Sigma. This role is crucial for driving process improvements and efficiency gains at the Faisalabad Plant.

Location: Faisalabad

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in manufacturing operations
• Apply lean principles and methodologies to eliminate waste improve workflow and minimise performance losses
• Learn continuously; updating knowledge on technology to spearhead efficiency improvements within the plant
• Collect and analyse manufacturing performance data employing statistical methods to pinpoint improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering production maintenance and quality teams to achieve operational excellence
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures that ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• 34 years experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement roles
• Indepth knowledge of Total Productivity Maintenance Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and Six Sigma; techsavvy with a keen interest in learning in a digital environment
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Programmes is essential
• Strong problemsolving abilities adept at Root Cause Analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer tools

Certifications:

• Lean Six Sigma Certification or Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) certification

Salary:

• PKR 150000 PKR 180000
