Pakistans premier recruitment agency Taraki is seeking a Head of Group Strategy and Planning to support the CEO of our client OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited .

OLP: A leading nonbanking financial company focused on empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Pakistan with innovative financial products and services.

Who You Are: Midcareer professional with an MBA or CFA and experience in financial services (DFI Mutual Funds Banking) or business analysis. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven analytical skills with a knack for datadriven insights
• Financial savvy with leasing metrics (cash flow ROI risk)
• Excellent communicator (written & verbal) adept at presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Strategic thinker who contributes to longterm business plans
• Detailoriented (accuracy in data and reporting) and Techproficient (visio PowerBI)
• Discreet and confidential (in handling sensitive information)

What Youll Do:

• Partner with the CEO in developing and refining business strategies leveraging data analysis market research and industry trends
• Provide comprehensive operational support managing the MD secretariat team and preparing impactful briefing materials
• Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (Finance Marketing HR etc.) to gather data align strategies and drive companywide initiatives
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems proposing improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO offering datadriven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking sometimes leading special projects
• Conduct indepth data analysis on leasing operations financial performance market trends and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights
• Prepare and compile regular management reports including financial performance updates operational KPIs and adhoc analyses for the CEO
