Infotree Global Solutions is currently seeking a Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and acquiring new clients in the Polish and EU markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquire new clients in the Polish and EU markets through various channels (phone email business meetings).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and market analysis.
  • Analyse the market and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to achieve common business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required (minimum B2). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
