InPost is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Logistics Account Manager to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will act as the crucial link between our Sales and Logistics teams and serve as the primary point of contact for our business clients for operations topics. This role requires excellent communication skills a deep understanding of logistics operations and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

  • Serve as the main point of contact for business clients (operations topics) addressing their logistics needs and inquiries promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and business growth.
  • Act as the liaison between the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Facilitate the smooth transfer of information and requirements from Sales to Logistics ensuring all client expectations are met.
  • Monitor and manage the logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new business clients ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management and clients highlighting key performance indicators and service levels.

Well what will the requirements be

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics management account management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
