Regulatory Manager

- Monitor and manage the internal regulatory environment in making all necessary analysis in order to assess the impact of the regulations on the business, and to provide guidance to the management about key strategic regulatory issues.

- Monitor the Regulatory evolution, provide advice to senior management on regulatory key matters on telecom and digital market developments, to ensure Orange Jordan compliance to the effective legal legislations and the Regulatory obligations.

- Study, analyze, coordinate, draft company position on the telecoms and digital transformation policies and regulations issued or to be issued.

- Analysis and assessment of operational impact for Orange Jordan of changes in policies, laws and regulations related to the development and implementation of telecom and digital services, and provide to management recommendations and operational risk assessment

- Prepare/coordinate all relevant communications, including Orange official statements, internal briefings and memos on key regulatory matter.

- Manage and follow all regulatory consultations issued by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission(TRC) and any other local autherities in relation to Orange Jordan telecom and digital transformation activitis, submit response after making the necessary assessments.

- Follow and prepare position papers advocating the transformation of national ICT policies, Laws and Regulations in readiness for digital services.

- Act as regulatory contact point on the compliance to Data protection regulations and governance.

- Monitor and assess international developments in respect of regulatory policies, particularly in respect of international best practice.

- Establish and maintain database of digital services related policies, laws, and regulations

- applicable to Orange Jordan activities.

- Develop & maintain regulatory knowledge to regulatory team with respect to matters relating to the development of policies, laws and regulations of telecom and digital markets.

- Any other tasks requested by the Regulatory Affairs Director.
