Job Description

Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

Pakistans leading Executive Search Firm Taraki is looking to hire an Inbound Content Marketing Specialist for its client a B2B SaaS company that helps streamline communication and simplify operational tasks.

About the Client: A SaaS company headquartered in Berlin providing small & mediumsized (SME) machine manufacturers and distributors with an aftersales service platform to digitize and monetize aftersales services.

About the Role: The Content Marketing Specialist will focus on inbound marketing content creation and demand generation for the SaaS business. Your main job will be crafting compelling content that not only draws in and engages the audience but also supports the sales team in driving leads and business growth.

Location: Karachi (4 days a week at the office 1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute engaging content across various marketing channels including website blog and social media. Ensure content is vibrant and compelling
  • Oversee social media accounts including ideation planning and execution. Collaborate closely with the sales team and community and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with designers to create videos podcasts webinars infographics onepagers and presentations that make a visual impact
  • Craft clear marketing messages for our products highlighting their features and benefits to be disseminated across multiple platforms
  • Create content centered around social proof such as customer testimonials case studies and generate reviews on platforms like Trustpilot
  • Work alongside the marketing team to generate ideas and support campaigns such as CRM initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the evolving needs and interests of our audience through continuous research
  • Ensure all content on the website and blog is accurate of high quality and optimized for SEO to boost organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings
  • Evaluate the content performance and utilize analytics to drive decisions for optimizing future content and its distribution
  • Conduct interviews with sales team members industry experts and customers to gather insights for creating persuasive sales decks
  • Develop and maintain key sales materials including onepagers pitch decks and testimonial decks to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects
  • Understand the companys products and solutions thoroughly and position them as market leaders
  • Engage with industry and market research to identify content trends and strategies that resonate with the target audience
  • Create content that leads to sales by resonating with team members who use plant equipment and machinery

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of B2B SaaS experience as a Content or Product Marketer or similar role
  • Experience using CMS platforms (ideally Hubspot but mention other relevant CMS tools you may have worked with)
  • English fluency in both written and verbal communication
  • Writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and crossfunctional stakeholders with excellent organizational skills
  • Deep product and customer curiosity and inquisitive nature coupled with a great ability to connect the dots and turn it into great content
  • A gogetter attitude you take the initiative and roll up your sleeves to do what needs to be done
  • Well versed with ChatGPT and generative AI
  • Experience with SEO is a plus
  • Ability to interview customers and understand their needs and user experience
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content marketing strategies

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Eurobased salary exempt from local taxation

  • Standard probation time is 3 months

  • Annual Vacation Days: 22 PTO 10 sick days all Berlin public holidays

  • You will need to reserve 3 of your 22 vacation days for the time between Christmas & New Years Eve as the whole company is off then
  • Additional bonus/variable compensation in place upon exceeding agreed

    targets
  • No provision of laptops or other health benefits
