Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEOs schedule including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Project Management:
- Assist with project management tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and provide summaries or reports to support decisionmaking.
- Track and follow up on key projects and initiatives.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review communication materials on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange complex travel plans itineraries and agendas.
- Plan and coordinate events meetings and conferences both onsite and offsite.
- Personal Tasks:
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Manage personal appointments and commitments for the CEO.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
