Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new distributors and agents to expand our market reach.
- Ensure that relationships with existing offline dealers and agents are maintained.
- Make strategic decisions based on sales data collected and recorded.
- Keep inventory balanced across all channels to avoid stockouts and overstocks.
- Maintain uniform pricing through the implementation and enforcement of price management policies.
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing and sales materials
Requirements:
- Indepth knowledge of the Vietnamese retail industry and an established network of distributor and agent contacts.
- Abounding networks of Vietnamese local retail stores shopping malls supermarkets
- Convenient stores wholesalers etc.
- A reputation for integrity intelligence and a genuine passion for the job.
- Ambitious proactive and resultsdriven.
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Fluent in Chinese or English.
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in channel management or a similar role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consumer goods or related industries. Food expertise is preferred.
- A background in sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools.
