NOC L1 Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years experience in a NOC or similar environment.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA CompTIA Network) would be preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in a shiftbased environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network systems servers and applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform initial triage of incidents and troubleshoot network issues.
• Respond to alerts and escalations ensuring timely resolution or escalation to higherlevel engineers.
• Document incidents actions taken and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the maintenance and upgrade of network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
