Monitoring Agent

Brief Description:

Will be responsible for overseeing and analysing system and network performance utilizing your skills in monitoring tools data analysis and problemsolving. Your primary objective will be to identify anomalies and performance trends initiate alerts and contribute to system reliability and optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system and network performance using designated tools and software.

Analyse performance data to identify trends anomalies and potential issues.

Generate alerts and notifications based on predefined thresholds and performance metrics.

Collaborate with senior analysts and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Document findings procedures and operational metrics.

Contribute to system reliability and optimization efforts through proactive monitoring and analysis.

*) Requirements:

Bachelors degree.

01 years of experience in system or network performance analysis preferred.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios Zabbix or similar.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Ability to interpret and present data effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
