Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in production support or a similar role.
- Exceptional debugging and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (OCI or GCP preferred).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and observability tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for production systems and applications.
- Investigate and resolve issues promptly to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to debug and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Utilize observability tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
