Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply advanced statistical and machine learning models to address business challenges
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design implement and evaluate predictive models
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Identify data sources gather and preprocess large structured and unstructured data sets
• Participate in the development and deployment of machine learning pipelines and workflows
• Research and apply latest tools and technologies to enhance data processing and analysis
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies in the data
• Contribute to the development of datadriven strategies to support business objectives
• Validate and finetune model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to nontechnical stakeholders
• Work on data cleansing feature engineering and data transformation tasks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science best practices and standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and analysts
• Stay updated with advancements in the field of data science and machine learning

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a data science or related role
• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java
• Proven expertise in machine learning statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop Spark or similar technologies
• Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying predictive models in a business setting
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and libraries such as Tableau Matplotlib or D3.js
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch is a plus
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings to nontechnical audiences
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Expertise in feature engineering model validation and tuning for optimal performance
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior data scientists and analysts
• Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning
