Job Description

Overview:


The Office Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient daytoday operations of the office. They are responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth internal operations managing office supplies and assisting in various administrative tasks. The Office Admin is a key contributor to maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage office expenses and budgets
  • Assist in data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support the HR department in administrative tasks
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate office events and activities
  • Assist in basic IT support for office equipment
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with office equipment and software (e.g. printers scanners CRM systems)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
