Java Front End Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement userfacing features using Java technologies.
• Develop efficient and reusable frontend systems and components using HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring crossbrowser compatibility.
• Implement and maintain responsive web design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to frontend development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance across platforms.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues within the frontend application.
• Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve frontend development practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Java Front End Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Understanding of serverside CSS preprocessing platforms such as SASS or LESS.
• Experience with responsive and mobile UI development.
• Knowledge of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
