The Role
As a Process Excellence Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements and efficiencies within the organisation and will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead projects to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities
Lead process improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct detailed process analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize and optimize operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and drive process innovations.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to embed process improvements and ensure compliance with new procedures.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes, using metrics and KPIs to track performance improvements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in process excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
A Master’s degree or certification in process improvement methodologies (e.
g.
, Six Sigma, Lean) is preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles, preferably in a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
