Job Description

Landscape Construction Project Manager

Location: Redmond WA

Salary: $100000 $120000 per year

Location: Onsite Fulltime

Client: Established Construction Company

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of highend residential landscapes ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with our awardwinning Landscape Architects clients and internal teams to manage projects from inception to completion including the transition to ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets and contracts
  • Communicate effectively with clients general contractors design teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects ensuring timely and withinbudget delivery
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Project Managers to ensure seamless project transitions
  • Participate in horticulture equipment and safety training for field staff

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional landscape experience
  • Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Construction Management Engineering Horticulture or a related field (desired)
  • 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with BlueBeam software (preferred)
  • Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications with the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Valid Washington State drivers license
