Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family dental and vision plans for employers etc.
Title: IT Delivery Manager I
Work Location: Detroit MI 48226
Duration: 12 Months

Engagement Description:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently up to 45 projects
- Projects may include business operational and/or technical team members
- Responsible for initiating planning executing controlling and closing projects using a formal project management methodology.
- Must adhere and align to all required processed and procedures
- Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met.
- Develops detailed project plans budgets and schedules including goals risks and resource allocation.
- Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality cost or schedule.
- Monitors all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.
- Meets with and presents project status to senior level mgt. as well as customers as needed

- Excellent Communication skills
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading projects
- Able to lead a project team of at least 2030 team members.
- Strong organizational planning analytical presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong organizational planning analytical presentation and communication skills.
- High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required.
- Experience working in Sharepoint.
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Health Insurance industry experience.
- Experience in leading projects with technical business and operational team members.
- Ability to present to groups of people.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visi
- Experience working in PlanBlue
Education/Certifications Include:
- Bachelors degree required
