Job Description

The Purpose of This Role:

Strategic Partnership with the Business Leaders & Engineering Leaders to help solve business
problems and align human resources strategies and solutions to produce business results.
Develop HR strategy for the Business unit in line with organization strategy to deliver meaningful experiences for employees.
Leads HR transformation projects and change management initiatives for the Business Unit
Being an HR Advisor to provide developmental coaching and feedback to leaders and people managers.
Ensures the HR processes and Initiatives are executed in the Business unit in line with the strategy.
Lead various BU level and Organization level strategic initiatives in Talent Management Employee
Engagement and retention.
Implementation of employee engagement tool and practices to aid in building a consistent culture across the organization.
Collaborate with teams across various function for organization level HR interventions.

Value You will Deliver:

Employee Relations Engagement & Management support to our business and engineering leaders
Acts as key advisor to Business managers Leadership team.
Facilitates development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee needs.
Driving employee engagement at various levels for the Business unit

Our Ideal Candidate comes with:
15 20 years of proven work experience in a Senior HR Manager or similar role
Majority of the experience in a Business Partnering role and working with strategic leadership positions
Excellent communication abilities
Influencing and Leadership skills. Open to work in a dynamic and adaptive environment
Should have worked in strategic partnership roles and lead HR Interventions in scaling Business units
Deploying and providing inputs for compensation and benefit policies and processes
Effective in working with peers business partners and other colleagues embracing different people
and cultures to positively impact business performance and foster strong teamwork and inclusion.
Master s Level education in Human Resources
