Store Manager - AlShiaka Co

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at AlShiaka Co. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of our store and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills a strong understanding of retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store including sales inventory and customer service.

Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Hire train and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they provide excellent customer service.

Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to drive sales.

Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure the store is wellstocked at all times.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure the store is clean organized and visually appealing at all times.

Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety and security protocols.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and purchasing to ensure the stores success.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong understanding of retail operations including sales inventory and customer service.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
