Job Description
- Work under the supervision of senior Project Surveyors to complete measurement of quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.
- Support viability studies and cost estimates.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor cost control procedures during project execution.
- Evaluate variations, additions, and omissions, and incorporate them into monthly cost reports.
- Assist in preparing, pricing, and negotiating change orders with clients and contractors.
- Conduct market testing of rates and analyze tender returns for input into rates databases and estimates.
