Job Description
- Create and modify civil/structural engineering drawings, calculations, plans, layouts, and designs.
- Develop project specifications, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Conduct independent work, using judgment to evaluate, select, and apply engineering solutions.
- Prepare full-fledged engineering design packages for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.
- Perform structural design and produce construction documents for hydrocarbon facilities.
- Identify design requirements and conduct necessary calculations using STAADPro or equivalent software.
- Assess and repair deteriorated concrete, prepare technical reports, and verify 'As-Built' drawings.
- Develop layout plans and structural details for draftsmen and designers.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Conduct field activities such as site surveys and verify measurements.
- Participate in project walkthroughs and provide comprehensive reports.
- Mentor and transfer knowledge to entry-level engineers and designers.
