Job Description
- Responsible for planning and directing. and controlling the Finance & Accounting activities of the Company (all business locations).
- Responsible for the development, implementation and periodic review of financial policies and procedures for the Company.
- Manage the Finance Department by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the operations of the function.
- Ensure development and continual review of Finance Department strategies, policies, and operating procedures, to ensure proper alignment with the organizations rules and regulations.
- Ensure maker checker principle, segregations of duties and internal controls are established and monitored for the finance activities at all the business locations.
- Responsible for developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
- Summarize financial transactions to prepare reliable and accurate monthly and annual financial statements which reflect the Companys financial position and performance during the period.
