Job Description
- Providing support for EY Law’s team in preparing, revising and finalizing legal documents (legal due diligence, legal advisory, various agreements, working papers, etc.);
- Participating in meetings with client and/or taking any reports/memos from the meeting;
- Proactively contribute to the EY Law’s team and ensure the comprehensive understanding within the team members.
