Job Description

Responsible for the coordination between the Company and Government Organizations/Authorities. Ensure that the company complies with all the rules and regulations of the Local Government. Process requirements efficiently and effectively such as LMRA, Municipality, MOIC, MOH, MOI, EWA, MOJ, MFA, CID, Embassies and all government related work.

  • Process new, renew, amend and submit all requirements for Certificate of Registration/Business License
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of CR applications.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments for the documents required for CR application.
  • Ensure that business licenses are clear of any offenses.
  • Ensure that all business licenses and health certificates are valid and updated.
  • Scan documents and apply for new work permits, cancellation and renewal of all expatriate employees working in the company and their dependents.
  • Ensure the availability of work permits and responsible to process ceiling application.
  • Process attestation of documents in MFA and Embassies for job order, repatriation and other employment formalities.
  • Promptly sort LMRA related issues such as runaway, corrections, data errors, offenses etc.
  • Prepare the summary of LMRA monthly fee and coordinate with HR for payment.
  • Obtain new residence permit and renewal of all expatriate employees including dependents.
  • Liaise with Ministry of Labour and Tamkeen to assist the HR in resolving labour issues.
  • Liaise with Immigration and Embassies to speed up the process of visa applications and other related matters.
  • Advise the management on new rules or changes on all visa formalities and other government related procedures whenever necessary.
  • Process applications for new, update and renewal of CPR
  • Prepare the summary of LMRA monthly fee and coordinate with HR for payment.
  • Process applications for new, amend, disconnect EWA account
  • Process new, amend, transfer and disconnect telephone lines.
  • Keep the department organize, maintain records and files
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

This position may be required to work extended hours, frequent local travel and fieldwork. Will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
