Excellent experience in packaging operations, including supervision of the work team.
Technical certificate or diploma in the field of packaging or equivalent.
Leadership and supervision skills to organize and motivate the team to achieve production goals.
Ability to optimize packaging processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ability to deal with periodic reports and follow up on production performance.
Adherence to health, safety and operational standards during packaging operations.
