Certified Medical Assistant-North Bergen-NJ

A chain of renowned and prestigious urgent care centers to immediately hire a fulltime/parttime qualified Certified Medical Assitant in North Bergen NJ. This job is in a dynamic and professional environment in stateoftheart facilities that include Xray EKG PFT and more. The supporting staff performs admission and eligibility triaging patients injection and phlebotomy work. Providers will have a complete report in the EMR before they examine the patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with examinations and procedures
• Administering medications as directed by the physician
• Removing sutures and changing dressings
• Coordinating referrals to other healthcare providers
• Following infection control and safety protocols and
• Billing and coding for insurance purposes.

Qualifications:

• Certfiied in the state of New Jersey
• At least 12 years of experience
• Spanish or Arabic proficiency is preferred
• High organizational skills and
• Effective and compassionate communication skills.

Job Type:

• Fulltime.

Pay Level:

• $17$21 per hour for fulltime
