Must Haves:

• Seeking to hire a Product Manager who will be driving the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for H&H projects leveraging Snowflakes data platform.
• This role involves working closely with the Product Owners Stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of highquality products that meet users needs and business objectives.
• The ideal candidate needs to have a strong Product Management background with a focus on Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Also looking for them to have experience working with Snowflake (data platform) along with experience working within Healthcare (particularly working with Healthcare/Clinical Data).
• Needs to be either a US Citizen or GC. Will be working remotely so no need to be local.

Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Work with crossfunctional stakeholders to define product vision strategy and roadmap
Conduct customer needs assessment business process reviews and current/future state gap analysis to create business requirements for analytics solutions
Develop and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs business goals and technical feasibility
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals data scientists and IT teams to gather requirements and feedback.
Communicate product vision strategy and progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Project Management:
Manage the product backlog plan sprints and track progress driving execution with the technical and business delivery team
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including developers data engineers and QA to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adherence to project timelines.
Product Development:
Oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions ensuring they meet quality and performance standards and user expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed product documentation including user stories use cases and acceptance criteria.
User Experience and Design:
Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for Streamlit applications.
Ensure that the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to continuously enhance the product.
Propose and implement enhancements to existing products based on datadriven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on AI/ML or data analytics projects.
Proven experience working with healthcare data including Epic EMR is highly desirable.
Strong background in developing and managing products from concept to launch.

Knowledge Skills Abilities and other Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloudbased data platforms.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
