Job Title: Program & Portfolio Management Analyst Business I

Duration: 6 months contract role
Location: Owing Mills MD (Mandatory 100% remote however the resource must reside in District of Columbia Maryland Virginia(DMV)
Job Description:
Purpose:
- Ensure business needs for process policy and information system changes are identified understood defined documented and acted upon.
- Assist in gathering and synthesizing business requirements for low complexity software systems processes and services.
- Serve as the conduit between the business area and the technical/software development team.
Essential Functions:
- 25%: Interpret business needs by gathering analyzing documenting and validating user and technical requirements. Participate in requirements documentation analysis verification sessions and design reviews.
- 25%: Ensure user acceptance testing success including documentation verification and release. Identify gaps in requirement adherence or system deficiencies and coordinate issue resolution. Provide guidance and training to end users.
- 20%: Identify document and troubleshoot problems in systems software and processes. Collaborate to resolve issues and develop solutions for low complexity issues.
- 20%: Review analyze and document business systems and user needs. Develop key project and requirement deliverables for low complexity projects.
- 10%: Monitor and report project status mitigate risks and ensure timely deliverables. Coordinate projects from concept through implementation and manage new work requests.
Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in functional operational business data systems or testing analysis.
- In Lieu of Education: Additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to deliver highquality effective deliverables ontime.
- Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies.
Analytical Skills:
- Intermediate Excel data analysis reporting skills requirements gathering communication skills healthcare domain knowledge Facets (preferred).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Proficient timemanagement and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize stakeholder meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Notes:
- Must disclose any debarment or exclusion from Federal health care programs.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication and positive customer service skills are essential.
