Role: Nursery Teacher

• Educational Qualifications: A Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualifications are generally required. Higher qualifications such as a degree in Early Childhood Studies or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) specializing in early years are preferred.
• Experience: Practical experience working with young children either through previous employment or significant voluntary work is essential. This experience helps demonstrate a candidates ability to manage and educate young children effectively.
• Knowledge of the EYFS Framework: A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is crucial. This framework sets the standards for learning development and care for children from birth to five years old.
