Job Description

The Opportunity
Spiideo is looking to expand the European Sales team with the addition of a Senior Sales Manager with proven track record targeting the French Market with focus on elite sports clubs leagues & federations.

As a Senior Sales Manager at Spiideo you will:

  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This includes prospecting and lead qualification lead product demonstrations and presentations negotiating terms and pricing and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Sell to elite clubs leagues and federations throughout the elite sports pyramid.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies campaigns and collateral materials to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports utilising CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. At Spiideo we are using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs workshops and selfstudy.
  • Attend industry events including traveling/ presenting when necessary.
  • Travel to Europe/Sweden for annual company offsite

    What we are looking for:

    • French on native or professional working proficiency. Corporate language is English.
    • Passion and knowledge about the French sports market so you effectively can relate to and communicate with our potential customers.
    • Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of success from B2B sales in the Sports Tech Industry.
    • Strong experience in prospecting lead generation and managing the entire sales cycle.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers understand their challenges and position Spiideos offerings as a valuable solution.
    • Selfmotivated and targetdriven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals in a highactivity space.
    • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.

      Location:

      This role is based in France offering the flexibility of remote work from any location within the country. Ideally you will be situated in a major city with excellent infrastructure. You will report directly to the Director of Sports Performance & Analytics Sales Europe. Spiideo HQ is located in Malmo Sweden.
