Job Description
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, psychology, or related field.
Experience in program development and evaluation including needs analysis and program design.
Ability to use evaluation and data collection tools to evaluate program performance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and provide reports.
Ability to work with multiple teams and coordinate between different departments to achieve program goals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide recommendations and advice on program development and improvement.
