Job Description
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, international relations, or related field. A higher degree such as a Master's in Contract Management or Commercial Law is an advantage.
Artistic skills:
A deep understanding of the laws and regulations related to contracts.
Ability to analyze and examine contracts to ensure compliance and suitability.
Skills in interpreting legal provisions and negotiating with business partners.
Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
