General description:
To develop our commercial business in The Middle East & Africa on the Hygiena range of products. You will lead a high-performing sales team to effectively achieve and exceed business objectives in full compliance with our ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide performance management direction and coaching to the MEA Hygiena sales team
- Optimize business development to accelerate profitable growth reaching monthly, quarterly and annual goals while managing a regional operating budget
- Sales excellence with regular sales team meetings and CRM completion – Apply all managerial tools proposed by the company (Ex: OKR)
- Performance Management: Coach, engage and develop direct reports with active coaching, develop succession plans
- Develop an annual sales coverage program including direct sales team, key accounts as well as distribution partners – Create & apply corrective plan if necessary.
- Ensure team are properly trained to succeed in their roles.
- Report in a timely manner all market & competition information
- Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary. Ethical & compliance with no compromise.
- Support Regional sales manager requests when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or life sciences in a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of B2B sales including ideally the following:
- Experience in sales and/or marketing in the food & beverage market, or
- Experience in Food & Beverage laboratories.
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience managing direct reports
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.
- Language: Arabian & English
Working conditions:
- Will be required to frequently travel across the MEA Region
- Will adapt working days to area condition.
