Employer: Mediterranean bar owned and operated by a Kuwaiti, Greek, and British partnership with extensive experience of the hospitality industry, opening venues and building teams that people want to be part of.
Contract: 12-24 months
Joining date: within one month (once documents are ready)

Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, digital marketing, and CRM management.
- Experience in measuring and analyzing the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on strategic thinking and innovation.
- A commitment to data-driven decision-making and relationship management.
- Requires the ability to organise oneself and work without continuous instruction, a
strong ability to prioritise tasks and projects, work to budget and hit deadlines.
- Needs to think digitally and work independently.
