As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from various medical conditions surgeries or injuries. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs developing and implementing individualized care plans and ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment for optimal recovery.

IRU is a 14bed specialty unit.
We are CARFcertified (Commission Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
Patient population: Those with lifealtering events: stroke spinal cord injury amputation major multitrauma femur fracture brain injury neurological disorders (MS Parkinsons GuillainBarr etc.) and joint replacements.
Patients must have the ability to do 3 hours of therapy daily and have the need for 24hour nursing care. Length of patient stay 13 weeks.

Must haves:

• 1 years of RN experience
  
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Idaho RN license
