Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers.
• Negotiate transportation rates and terms.
• Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the entire brokerage process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Independent Freight Broker.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and trends.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Proficient in freight management software.

Requirements:

• Existing book of business.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
