Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certifications or specialized training in construction management preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, with a proven track record in managing construction projects within the energy sector (power plants, renewable energy projects, etc.) in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials related to energy infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools for scheduling, cost control, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across different functions and levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous.
