Shift: 8 Hours; Days 7.00a 3.30p
Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed 5 shifts per week MonFriWeekend Oncall Friday (3.30p)Monday morning (7a) Usually about 1 weekend every 56 weeks. Weekday Oncall requirement once every 56 days 3.30p7p

Position Requirements:

• Current Operating Room Nursing experience: 2 years Required
• Scrubbing experience Required
• Multiple surgical specialty experience Required
• Epic experience Required
• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
• COVID Vaccinations or exemptions Required

Education License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN Required
• BSN Preferred
• RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact Required
• BLS Certification from AHA Required
• ACLS Certification from AHSA Highly preferred

Job Description:

• Coordinates total nursing care for patients participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned units (operating room)
• Assist with Scrubbing
• Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
• Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
• Will establish a plan of care implement interventions and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
• Responsible for assisting supporting and educating patients
• EMR: Epic
• Dress code: Solid scrubs of any color no logos
