Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Musthave skills: 2 y with GIS; Oracle Spatial; governmental exp

Requirements:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
Experience with land survey and cadastral mapping.
Experience in cadastral GIS mapping applications.
Experience with Environmental Assessment or Natural Resource processing systems.
Prior experience with projects related to cadastral mapping property tax records and/or land
ownership and title research
Experience working with geospatial data.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Data analysis and resolution of system issues related to Geodatabase creation.
Research analyze and resolve GIS and nonGIS data conflicts in FLSOLARIS and BTLDS data related to Geodatabase adaptation of JAVA based systems.
Perform GIS analysis of spatial data to verify accuracy of converted Oracle Spatial data to ESRI Geodatabase features.
Perform research of DEP internal systems data and mapping.
Review of Water Management District and other agency GIS Data for integration into new ESRI Geodatabase.
Assisting in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications.
Facilitate coordination with ESRI DSL and OTIS for creation and conversion to ESRI Geodatabase from existing ORACLE Spatial database
