Field Construction Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Construction Work Packages (CWPs):
   • Create detailed CWPs that include scope of work schedules materials resources safety plans and quality control measures.
   • Ensure CWPs comply with project specifications standards and client requirements.
2. Field Coordination:
   • Coordinate with project managers engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for CWPs.
   • Communicate effectively with field personnel to ensure understanding and proper execution of CWPs.
   • Monitor and report on the progress of field activities to ensure adherence to CWPs.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including drawings specifications and reports.
   • Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management and clients.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Ensure all field activities comply with company safety policies and procedures.
   • Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in CWPs and field operations.
5. Quality Control:
   • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits of fieldwork to ensure compliance with CWPs and quality standards.
6. Resource Management:
   • Coordinate the allocation of materials equipment and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
   • Manage changes to CWPs and field operations as needed to accommodate project adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing Construction Work Packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM).
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with largescale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or similar design software.
