Client: CareFirst BCBS.
Role: Senior Systems Engineer.
Openings: 5
Interview process: 2 rounds of video interviews.
Rate: $60.00
Conversion salary: $131100
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in DC MD VA WV PA DE NJ NC TX FL NY)
Duration: 12 months contracttohire
Candidate Status Requirement: USC/GC
Summary: CareFirst is seeking a Senior Systems Engineers to support its newly implemented Technical Operations Center (TOC). This position will eventually require some oncall 24/7 support. Details and specific hours to follow.
CareFirsts TOC oversees monitoring and system health of all systems and platforms at CareFirst including Networks and Applications. TOCs responsibilities include
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in an enterprise NOC (Network Operating Center) and/or TOC (Technology operating Center) environment (Candidates without a Bachelors degree will require an additional 4 years of professional experience)
- Experience building out capabilities in a NOC (Network Operating Center) and/or TOC (Technology operating Center)
- Performance monitoring experience with Dynatrace and ITSM experience using ServiceNow is a MUST
Nice to have:
- Prior healthcare experience
- ServiceNow/Dynatrace/ITIL certifications
