Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve set revenue targets on a project basis and optimize cost
2. Support Sales and work as a team to maximize conversions
3. Ensure adherence to the compliance requirements as defined by the company
4. Retaining current suppliers effectively
5. Process Quality Management Product Development and Vendor management
6. Design and formulate itineraries for corporate clientele customized to their requirements
7. Conversion of queries
8. Negotiating with Vendors/suppliers to win business and also to increase profitability on an
acquire business
9. Research and develop innovative products then training the frontline on the same
10. Built and maintain healthy relationship with transporters hotels airlines and other local
agencies
11. Timely closure of tasks related to the project
12. Maintain data make reports and dashboards for periodic reviews (applicable for
Sr.Managers/TLs only)
